A training for unemployed people is considered as successful if the trainee gets access to a job after the training period. 10 % of the jobseekers get access to training within EU and about 50 % of them get access to a job. Training is a key solution, but it is not efficiently working. Training companies have to start work more closely with companies to generate a sustainable partnership with them. Companies seek the best trainees and training companies should be willing and able to provide them the ones which are the most suitable for them. But it is necessary for a training company to offer its trainees the most appropriate company to practice skills and knowledge they learn during the training too. If the co-operation on each side works, the chance of increasing the employment is much higher.
The TCT (Tommorow Comes Today) project aims to tackle this. Its objectives are to facilitate job integration for jobseekers following a training, facilitate access to training for jobseekers and make it more accurate according to their profile, implicate more companies and tutors during internship into assessment process and develop partnership between training organizations and companies.
